How does surgery really differ between one hospital and another?
We use multiple methods of monitoring anesthesia to ensure your pet’s safety. All our surgical patients are given intravenous fluids to make sure their blood pressure is well controlled during their procedures. Our anesthetics are some of the safest available and from the time they are given their first medications until they are alert and sitting up, there is someone constantly at their side to make sure all is well. Finally, we use multiple medications to control pain at all times, including when they go home.
