Veterinarian

I have been with Cherokee Animal Hospital for several years now. I am a hometown girl who grew up in Canton. I got my start in veterinary medicine at the age of 14, cleaning kennels here at CAH for Dr. Ivy Lidstone. I received my doctorate from the University of Georgia in 2007. I live with my husband and our three pets. We are expecting our first child this fall. We have a wire haired Jack Russell Terrier named Shelby, who likes camping and hiking with us. Denali is a black and white tuxedo cat that I adopted on the first day at my the first job as a veterinarian. About 6 months later, I adopted Bonzai, a black cat with extra toes. I really enjoy working at CAH and have met many wonderful clients. I like developing lasting relationships with my clients through the care of their pets.
