Lena McClatchie – Practice Manager

Lena McClatchie has worked in the Veterinary community for over 34 years. She started her career in 1988 at a local day practice in Marietta, GA, and quickly moved on to specialty practices, including Internal Medicine, and ultimately found a home in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine for over 22 years.

Her love of animals and passion for medicine inspired her to continue to branch out and start her own consulting business to teach and share her knowledge with other technicians and veterinarians in the southeast.

Lena met Dr. Bryant in 2007 when looking for an Animal Hospital in the Canton area for her parents’ family pets. From there a wonderful working relationship began between the two of them.

After 13 years of working as a consultant with Dr. Bryant, they finally decided to join forces and officially bring her on board as Practice Manager in early 2020.

Lena has enjoyed developing meaningful relationships with both clients and patients. She looks forward to being an instrumental part of the team and continuing to bring the level of care and medicine Cherokee Animal Hospital strives for.
